This is an awesome chocolate chip cookie recipe. Because it calls for so much butter I will sometimes use half butter, half criso if I don't have enough butter on hand. either way it's really good. You can also cut back on the bread flour if you don't like firm cookies.
World’s Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 Cups and 2 Tbsp Flour
1 2/3 Cups Bread Flour
1 ¼ tsp Baking Soda
1 ½ tsp coarse salt
1 ¼ Cups unsalted butter
1 ¼ Cups brown sugar
1 Cup and 2 tbsp sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 Cups chocolate chips
Bake at 350 degrees
*cream butter and sugars
*add eggs one at a time
*stir in vanilla
*add dry ingredients and mix for 5-10 seconds
*Bake for 18-20 mins
