German-Style Sweet Mustard

Besides butter, you gotta have mustard for pretzels.   This mustard might also be tasty on a nicely roasted brat.
Adapted from Radegast Hall and Biergarten, Brooklyn

Time: 5 minutes
1 cup brown or whole-grain prepared mustard
3 roasted red bell peppers, fresh or jarred
1 tablespoon molasses
3 garlic cloves, peeled
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon apple cider.

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.

Yield: 1 1/4 cups.
