Joe's Stone Crab Mustard Sauce

Tasty sauce for fish and chicken.  Can be made up days ahead and will last a good wee or two.

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. half-and-half  ( or use a good plain  yogurt )
4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. A.1. Steak Sauce (optional)
Kosher salt and freshly ground 
 
black pepper, to taste

Whisk mayonnaise, half-and-half, mustard, Worcestershire, and A.1. sauce in a bowl until smooth; season with salt and pepper and chill. Serve as a dipping sauce with all kinds of crab.

MAKES ABOUT 1 CUP
